We gladly accept returns received by our warehouse within 30 days of your purchase. The items must be in original condition (unworn/unused and with tags).
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. Please contact Customer Service if you received an incorrect or defective item.
Sale items are considered final and cannot be returned.
Items purchased at www.andwest.com must be returned through the website. Items purchased on www.andwest.com can not be returned at any of our wholesale locations.
Returns received at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to ten business days for your credit to process.
A return shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund when a prepaid USPS return label is issued by AndWest. If it's for a defective item or we made a mistake, the fee will be waived.
If using your own shipping method we strongly recommend that you ship your package using a trackable shipping method. Please keep your tracking information until the return process is complete. We will require this information if you need to contact us regarding your return.
Purchases made November 1st through December 30th have an extended return period of 60 days from the purchase date. All other terms and conditions of our Return and Exchange Policy apply.
