Welcome to American Fashion Accessories. We are excited to share with you our passion for Western wear. American Fashion Accessories is a Western accessories company that is authentically and deeply rooted in the rich history of the American West.
At an early age, I immersed myself in the industry that surrounds Western fashion. When I was 9 years old, I braided rope reins and bull ropes so that I could use my own equipment while competing in rodeos. My rope line became such a passion and so popular that at age 13, my fellow bull riders (all considerably older) were buying and using my homemade equipment.
I learned from the likes of talented artists including SammySaavedra, a renown silversmith, and Herman Tsosie, a Navajo Indian who was an extremely gifted chap and belt designer. From them and a select others , I am able to create beautiful jewelry and design exquisite belts and chaps.
I have owned and operated my own design/retail companies as well as designed for some of the most reputable companies in the industry including Ariat and Chambers.
We have helped open design-and-manufacturing companies all over the world. Our dies are made directly from our original first-generation masters. The cast buckles we then make retain the hand-made effects almost exactly as they were in the original master. This gives us our authentic cast buckle. Between this process and the relationships we have with our factories, we guarantee the most beautiful, high-quality, and innovative designs offered.
